Terms of Service

Once SpotLauncher purchases or places a Media Placement (or any spot therein) on your behalf, such Media Placement cannot be changed or cancelled except as the
terms and conditions of the Media Outlets allow and except as provided herein.

TV and Radio
With respect to television, radio, print and apart from the Media Outlets' terms, SpotLauncher needs to receive written notice of a cancellation or change at least 21 days prior to the scheduled air date of the subject Media Placement. For any such notices received less than 21 days before the scheduled air or delivery date or during the airing of such subject Media Placement, Media Outlet terms typically dictate that you will be charged for up to 30 days of your purchased Media Placement, regardless of whether or not such Media Placement is pulled off the air. In addition, unless otherwise set forth in the schedule, you will be charged a $100 administrative fee from SpotLauncher per cancellation or change order.

Creative Services
Orders placed for video shoots and/or custom Ads and radio production may not be cancelled. In addition, we cannot refund creative and customization fees once our production team has started work on an ad.

All other SpotLauncher Services
With respect to all other SpotLauncher Services (including but not limited to per inquiry radio, per inquiry print and video distribution) and apart from any applicable Media Outlets' terms, SpotLauncher needs to receive at least 30 days' prior written notice of a cancellation. In addition, you will be charged an early cancellation fee equal to one (1) months of service.
